Woodland Tea Party
On visiting a prop warehouse in Manchester I spotted a tea
set that reminded me of Alice in Wonderland – the idea then developed into a
scene in my mind of the tea set with vintage-looking chair and table in a
woodland setting.
The image was created using lino for the basic colour blocks and shapes to create the space, overlaid with a screen print picking out the defining lines and features.
It is A3 and poster size, so would suit use as advertisement for a cafe or tearoom.
